During the camp all participants will be sleeping indoors (although Years 9-10 will get to spend some time off-site camping and year 8 will be given the option to sleep in a tent for one night during camp).
Children will be sleeping in rooms of no more than 4 people. All participants are able to request on their application form the name of two people they would like to be in a room and group with.
As stated on our application form that we cannot guarantee that participants will be with both requests. We can however guarantee that every participant will be with one of their friends, we would therefore advise people to write one name down if there is a particular person they would like to be with.
All participants are divided into groups according to school year. Within each age group there can be between 1 - 6 sub groups which means that although participants may have friends within their school year, it does not necessarily mean that they will be in the same group - which is why we try to ensure that children are in bedrooms with their specified friends.
