Leaders
All our youth leaders are extremely qualified, having a year long programme of leadership training. They range from ages 17-21 and there is an approximate ratio of leaders to participants of 1:8.
Food
All food on our events is strictly Kosher and there is also provisions for vegetarians, vegans and other dietary requirements. We also run a small tuck shop with the opportunity to buy food, drink and merchandise.
Welfare
Participants’ welfare is of utmost importance to us on Hanoar. We have a dedicated medic on camp that has been working with us for the past eight years, and our leaders have had extensive training in emotional support for participants.
Travel
Coaches are included in the price of camp, and if there is sufficient demand from a particular region to have a coach, we are happy to run this.
Financial Assistance
We at Hanoar believes that no participant should be impeded from coming on camp due to financial reasons. We offer confidential bursaries for those who do not have the ability to pay. To apply for a bursary please indicate so on the application form.
Price
The price for Summer Camp 2012 is £855 (Before 1st May) and £895 (After 1st May). A £200 deposit is required, and the full payment is due no later than Wednesday 13th June 2012. Late payments will incur a £30 charge.
