Tour FAQs

Q – Who is this trip for?
A – Jewish British kids aged 16+

Q - Will I be with my friends, what are the sizes of the groups?
A – Hanoar can guarantee that you will be put into a group with the people that you sign up with; we usually look at groups of between 25-30.

A – There will be two Madrachim (leaders) from Hanoar plus an Israeli Tour Guide and another Israeli who is a Medic. For some Hikes there will be additional security.

Q -How can I be sure my child will be safe during the trip?
A - To ensure the complete security of our participants we are monitored by the "cheder matzav". This is an organisation that is in direct contact with the army and all Israeli security and saftey services. They monitor the group using GPS and the leaders must check in with them before going to any new location.

A - A member of our team based in the UK will be on call 24/7 during the entirety of the trip in the UK in case you should need to get in touch with the group or in case something happens.
