Winter Camp 2011
Hanoar Hatzioni Winter Camp makes a return this year and is going to be bigger and better than ever. Join us for a fun filled three days with your friends and our great young leaders.
What will we do?
We have been running camps for over 50 years and we know exactly what is needed to make it a great experience. As well as the amazing activities
run by our leaders we aim to make full use of our wonderful sites.
This year we’ll be getting involved in some swimming in the indoor pool, tennis and football outside, perhaps tackling the obstacle course, and rounding off our evenings with a campfire or BBQ.
Where will we be?
This winter we are going to Skeet Hill House campsite in Kent. It has been used for many years by synagogue and school groups and this summer underwent an extensive refurbishment. It provides a full Kosher kitchen (split milk and meat), en suite bedrooms, two games rooms, outdoor sports facilities and an indoor heated swimming pool. It is an ideal place to lead a camp and provides a great environment for all our fun and educational activities.
The site is found 35 miles from the centre of London in Kent and just 10 miles from the M25

How will I get there…and back?
We will provide transport from a number of locations based on demand. We use a trusted coach company and have worked with the same one from a number of years. There will be two pickups from the London region and one from the North. After camp we will be returning to the same locations. Details to follow.
For Parents
We only work with highly skilled and well experienced staff. All Madrichim (leaders) have been CRB checked and have completed our extensive leadership programme. They have all been Chanichim (kids) at Hanoar Hatzioni so they know best how to make this camp educational and at the same time fun. The site is approved by CST in advance, and security fencing runs around the whole site. The main gate is managed by site staff 24/7. All staff will wear ID 24/7. We have a qualified medic on site at all times who has been on Hanoar for 8 years and is extremely experienced.

Camp will cost:£99 for bookings before 17 November 2011£120 for bookings after 17 November 2011
Final deadline is 12 December 2011. Please note bookings after this date will incur a charge of £30.

Who are we?
Hanoar Hatzioni is Pluralist Zionist Jewish Youth movement that was established in 1927. Hanoar is now active in 15 countries around the world.In 1956 Hanoar Hatzioni was established in the UK and since then successfully ran weekly meetings for different age groups, residential events such as camps and trips and long term programme to Israel. We are still going strong to this day with weekly meets and regular activities in Jewish and non-Jewish schools.
